Advocacy
This is the mission, and it's the reason the rest exists. Everything that isn't a client engagement lives here. This is where we bring people together around what matters in healthcare. There's real power in our voices when we use them together, and a lot of what we do here is about being a convener and an enabler of that. Fair warning: this side has been evolving all year, and that's been the fun of it. This is where it's landed for now, and it'll keep growing.
How the mission connects to the work
Advocacy and Advisory aren't two separate things; they feed each other. On the advisory side, we're intentional about who we build with: founders solving a problem because they've lived it, not just chasing a business model.
Once we're in, we help with the early business model, the GTM motion, the first clinical design partner, the introductions to the right insiders.
Then comes the connective tissue: we bring those founders into the rooms that matter, so they build the trust and third-party credibility that actually opens doors. Great products don't win on their own in healthcare. Trusted people, in the right rooms, telling a true story do. That's the whole point of convening.
