This is the mission, the reason Azul Heart exists. Everything that isn't a client engagement lives here.
If you're in healthcare, chances are you've had thoughts about how broken this system is. I know I feel it BIG…and caring this much can be a lot to carry. This Advocacy lane is what we get to take action instead of just carrying it around, because one voice doesn't move healthcare, but a bunch of us saying the same thing, at the same time, does. This side's been evolving, and in the best way. As I like to say, more to come. And also: incremental change is still change.
How the mission connects to the work
Advocacy and Advisory aren't two separate things; they feed each other. On the advisory side, we're intentional about who we build with: founders solving a problem because they've lived it, not just chasing a business model.
Once we're in, we help with whatever's needed to close the gap, whether that's early strategy, the GTM motion, exploring a clinical design partner, or just the right introduction.
Then comes the connective tissue: we bring founders into the rooms that matter, so they build the trust and credibility that actually opens doors. Great products don't win on their own in healthcare. Trusted people, in the right rooms, telling a true story do. That's the whole point of convening.
