IRL Events

For any non-millennials, IRL means “in real life.”

Because while AI has changed (and will continue to) change a lot of our work, AI has never made an introduction at an in-person event that changed everything.

Here's the honest genesis: I built my network in a pretty unplanned, beautiful way, showing up at events, continuing the conversation after, and giving first. It changed my career and it changed me, and IRL Events is me building on that, on purpose this time, bringing good people together in real life because those connections carry forward and help drive change in healthcare.

And we take it one step further into advocacy: at every gathering, we'll:

• Share real facts (abbreviated, promise!) about the local or state healthcare landscape

• Challenge you to connect with one person afterward

• Encourage you to take specific action on a healthcare-related local issue (in a very turn-key way, again, promise!)

I believe there's real power when enough of us say the same thing, and that the opportunities right in our own backyards get more real the moment we actually talk to each other and take action.

We're here to introduce you to someone who makes your work easier, amplify a voice or product or mission that deserves it, and give first.
